A cleaning fee of $80 will apply for all stays of six nights or less.

To place a reservation and secure your dates, a $250 deposit is required as soon as possible.

Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Cancellation eight weeks prior to arrival: 100% will be refunded less a $75 processing fee.

No minimum rental, rent nightly, weekly or monthly.

Pool heat is recommended during the winter months: $15 daily or $100 weekly.

Once deposit is received, your dates will be reserved and blocked in our Calendar.

For both rental properties we require a credit card number as security deposit against loss/damage other than normal wear and tear. This is required at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. No payment will be charged against the card unless damage is reported by our Management Company.
