Please note that these rates are for the entire home, NOT per person.

• All rates are in U.S. Dollars.  A Cleaning Fee of $80.00 will apply for all stays of 6 nights or less.
• Optional pool heat $15 daily or $100 weekly recommended during October to March.
• Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
• Cancellation eight weeks prior arrival $100% refund, less $75 cancellation fee.
