Please note that rates are per night and include the entire home, NOT per person. Please add 13% Florida tax to all stays.

Optional pool heating (recommended during the winter months) is $15.00 per night or $100 weekly. A cleaning fee of $80.00 will be added for all stays of 6 nights or less. Deposit of $250 required at time of booking, full payment required 8 weeks prior arrival. A security deposit of $250 is required which is refundable. Please inquire about possible additional discounts for longer duration stays.
